We are a community-based organization focused on helping make the world around us a better, happier place. With the help of our tireless staff, we organize fundraisers, exciting community-building events, and in-depth training sessions for our volunteers.
Are you passionate about what we're doing? Let us know! We are always looking for volunteers to help us make our vision a reality. We'll help you find a way to volunteer that best suits you. We're excited to have you join this Southern Baptist team!
Whether you help through monetary donations, volunteering your time, or spreading our mission through word-of-mouth, thank you. We couldn't accomplish our goals without the help of supporters like you.
We are associated with the churches of the Southern Baptist Convention. We do not put denominational loyalty above loyalty to Jesus Christ or the Word of God. A study of church history will demonstrate that Baptist churches were the first "non-denominational" churches.
We do have specific teachings that we are convinced are taught in the Bible and we do not minimize them but we also believe in the priesthood of the believer. In simpler words, what that means is that every person that has received Jesus as the true Savior from sin now has living within them the Spirit of God and in clear accord with biblical teaching has the guidance of the Holy Spirit in understanding the message of the Bible. We work with other evangelical churches in reaching a spiritually lost world with the Good News of salvation through faith in the complete work of redemption at the cross. Our theme verse states, "For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God unto Salvation." Rom. 1:16.
